Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
At CLI College, we strive to provide quality education services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a student needs to request a return or the College needs to offer a refund. Below are our guidelines for returns:
1.1 Course Materials and Tuition Fees
- Digital Products: Once purchased, digital course materials and online resources are non-returnable.
- Physical Products: Physical course materials returned within 7 days of purchase, in original condition, may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
1.2 Registration Fees
- Registration fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1.3 Services
- Services such as training programs, workshops, and consultations may have specific return policies outlined in their respective agreements.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of enrollment or course commencement, whichever is earlier.
- To be eligible for a return, the student must provide a valid reason, such as dissatisfaction with the course content or documented medical reasons preventing further study.
- Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- Overpayment of fees
- Withdrawal from the course due to documented medical reasons
- Non-delivery of promised services by CLI College
Process
- To initiate a return, the student must contact the CLI College administration office within the specified return period and provide relevant documentation supporting their request.
- The administration will review the request and determine its eligibility based on the provided information.
- If the return is approved, the student will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
- Approved returns will be processed within 21 days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Any applicable fees or deductions will be communicated to the student before processing the refund.
2. Refunds
2.1 Course Materials and Tuition Fees
- Refunds for digital products are generally not provided once access has been granted.
- Refunds for physical products are subject to inspection upon return. Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

- Wrongful or Erroneous Transactions
In the event of a wrongful or erroneous transaction, where:
- a student is mistakenly charged for a service they did not enroll in or receive, CLI College will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to rectify the error. This may include issuing a refund for the erroneous transaction or providing credit towards future services. To report a wrongful or erroneous transaction, the student must notify the administration office immediately with supporting evidence of the transaction discrepancy. CLI College will endeavor to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- a student mistakenly overpays or conducts a transaction more than once, the excess amount will be refunded to the student. The College Administration reserves the right to deduct any applicable service charges and transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
- a student is overcharged or double billed, our institution is committed to rectifying the issue within the stated number of days in this policy.
3.1 Reporting
Students should report any wrongful or erroneous transactions to the institution’s finance or administrative department immediately upon discovery.
3.2 Investigation
- Upon receiving a report, our institution will conduct a thorough investigation into the transaction in question.
3.3 Resolution
- If the transaction is found to be erroneous or wrongful, our institution will take appropriate steps to rectify the issue, which may include issuing a refund or credit.
3.4 Notification
- Students will be promptly notified of the outcome of the investigation and any actions taken to resolve the issue.
Eligibility
- Refunds are granted in accordance with Nigerian law for schools or SMEs and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Process
- Students must submit a refund request to the administration office, providing necessary documentation to support their claim.
- The administration will review the request and determine its eligibility based on the provided information and Nigerian legal requirements.
- If the refund request is approved, the administration will initiate the refund process as per the agreed terms.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
Service Charges and Transaction Charges
- A service charge may be applied to cover administrative costs associated with processing refunds.
- Transaction charges incurred during the original payment will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
Dispute Resolution
- In cases where a student disputes the refund decision, they may escalate the matter through the College’s designated dispute resolution mechanism.
Changes to the Policy
- The College reserves the right to modify or amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students through official channels.
